1. The 2025 Jakarta Invitational Golf Week is under the management and control of the Tournament Team, whose decision on all relating to competition will be complete and final. 2. The 2025 Jakarta Invitational Golf Week main event will be a 54 hole single stableford tournament. There will be 3 categories based on handicap and winners from each category. 3. A deposit of USD 500 must accompany each entry and the full balance by 21 August 2025. The Tournament Team reserves the right to refuse entry should capacity be exceeded.” 4. Event age categories will be determined by the Tournament Committee, and subsequent handicap levels based under those age groups. 5. Competitors must have an official handicap. Access to this official handicap must be given/provided to the Tournament Team. 6. The ‘slope handicap system’ will be utilized to calculate player handicaps for the main tournament rounds. Under the slope system, the difficulty of the golf course and the tee blocks played from determine a player’s handicap prior to the start of each round. Your daily handicap will be displayed on your scorecard. 7. The Tournament Team have many years’ experience managing large international amateur event. Based on this experience, the Tournament Team have developed a proven and reliable system for handicap adjustments throughout the event. The handicap adjustments take into consideration:
• Scores for each round in relation to the calculated course rating.
• Consistently high scoring
• Scores recorded on predetermined holes
• On course review of playing ability The Tournament Committee’s decisions on handicaps are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. All events will be conducted in accordance with the rules of golf and such local rules as approved by the Tournament Event. 9. In the event that weather conditions prevent all players from finishing their round, that competition round will be cancelled and the event reduced accordingly. No refunds will be provided for cancelled event rounds. 10. Functions: In the event of inclement weather alternative arrangements will be made. 11. Refund applications received in writing before 21 August 2025 will be subject to a USD 100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after 21 August 2025 will be subject to a USD 500 cancellation fee and up to 100% of the remaining balance dependent on what we can recover from suppliers. 12. All prizes will be distributed in accordance with the rules of amateur golf status. 13. The Tournament Team may arrange media promotion and publicity before, during and after the event. Competitors assent to pictures of them appearing and being used for event promotion. 14. The Tournament Team may at its discretion amend or add any condition of the Championship. 15. Caddies will drive the motorized cart, and agree that they will not take control of the motorized cart. 16. By registering online and accepting the tournaments terms & conditions, competitors agree to participate in the Invitational Phuket Golf Week at their own risk. The Tournament Team, Asia Golf Experiences, sponsors, host golf clubs and other suppliers of goods and services accept no liability for any death, injury, property loss or damage incurred during or arising out of any aspect of the conduct of the event. 17.
