Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do you book for single golfers?

Yes! We book for any number of golfers, though some courses may require a booking for a minimum of two golfers which means we would require some flexibility on preferred tee time so we can pair you up to get on.

  1. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 21 days or more from your arrival date, receive a full refund

Cancel 10-20 days from your arrival date, 30% cancellation fee will apply

Cancel 9 days or less from your arrival date, we cannot guarantee any refund but will do our best to get as much back for you as possible. If we aren’t charged, we won’t charge you.

  1. What are your payment terms?

We require a 15% deposit, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via bank transfer and credit cards.

  1. Is a caddie compulsory?

Yes, caddies are compulsory at 99% of courses in South East Asia. They do add to the experience and can provide some great advice, and they’re good to have on the bag when on a golf trip!

  1. How much do we tip caddies and drivers?

Caddie tips are recommended at 15 USD per caddie; 10 USD per person when sharing a caddie. Driver tips are recommended at 15 USD per driver per day. Tips can be given in the local currency.

  1. Do we get paired with other golfers?

Yes, it is possible you will be paired with other golfers. Courses do want to fill available slots and it may mean you get paired with other golfers if you’re not a full group. We can also work to pair you with other golfers should you be a single or should you wish to meet other people along the trip!

  1. What happens if it rains?

Full day rainouts are extremely rare in this part of the world. The rain usually comes in a strong burst and lasts an hour, and then the course is quickly back ready to play. In the event of a rainout, the course will usually give a rain check but that is subject to conditions on the day and can’t be guaranteed.

  1. Do you have an emergency phone number in case we need help with on our trip?

Yes, we have a phone line that is staffed 24/7 for our golfers who are on the ground. This will be given to you in your final confirmation package. You can also ask your driver to get in touch with us should you need to speak with us while in the van.

  1. When can we expect to receive our final itinerary and confirmation vouchers?

The full confirmation package, complete with the detailed itinerary, green fee vouchers and the hotel vouchers will be sent to you upon completion of the final payment.

  1. Can we get our tee times booked prior to arrival?

Yes, we will book your tee times as close to your preferred tee time, as soon as the tee sheet is open at the course. Each course has different policies on how soon tee sheets open prior to play, but all tee times will be provided in advance of your arrival so you know exactly when you’re playing.
