1. 50% of the total payment is due 30 days after registration. 2. Any cancellation between registration and 30 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 200 THB per room, per night plus any associated refund fees. 3. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any booking that does not have final payment received within 30 days prior to arrival will automatically cancel with no refund of deposit provided. 5.
