Terms & Conditions

1. The Fusion Vietnam Invitational’s main event is a 54-hole single stableford competition. Categories will be based on age and handicap, and there will be prize winners from each category based on overall score. 2. A 500 United States Dollar per traveler deposit is required at the time of registration, to confirm entry. The final balance is required to be paid by 1 August 2027. Asia Golf Experiences reserves the right to refuse entry to any entrant who has not settle payment by the mentioned date without refund of deposits paid. 3. In the event that weather conditions prevent all players from finishing their round, that competition round will be cancelled and the event reduced accordingly. No refunds will be provided for cancelled event rounds by Asia Golf Experiences. 4. Refund applications received in writing by Asia Golf Experiences before 1 August 2027 (Vietnam Time) will be subject to a USD 300 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after 1 August 2027 (Vietnam Time) will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full booking amount. However, Asia Golf Experiences will do its best to negotiation as large of a refund as possible, subject to agreement from the relevant partners. 5. The tournament itinerary may change, cancel or modify without prior notice, including golf courses included in the event. 6. Any damages caused by the golfer to motorized carts or other players agree to be borne by the golfer. 7. By registering online and accepting the tournaments terms & conditions, competitors agree to participate in the Fusion Vietnam Invitational at their own risk. Asia Golf Experiences, sponsors, golf clubs and other suppliers of goods and services, and accommodation accept no liability for any death, injury, property loss or damage incurred during or arising out of any aspect of the conduct of the event. 8.
